After 3 years of research, FAIVRE Group is pleased to present its new patented mesh support “Spiderplate”®.

Inspired by nature with their spiderweb shape, the “Spiderplates”® are made of recyclable injection moulded plastic and combine the advantages of being flexible, strong and not subject to corrosion.
The design of these new plates offers an optimal filtration surface and high pressure resistance.
The triangle-shaped cross-section of the plates is very effective in capturing impurities. Sand and even large impurities are easily removed without disintegrating.
The economic and ecological aspects are also very important, these new plates are indeed less expensive to produce and transport (lighter than stainless steel plates and the transport is done flat, in a cardboard box).
These new “Spiderplates”® are compatible with our drum filters models 120, 160 and 200 (not suitable for filters models 40, 60, 80).
